We are a faith based, non-profit organization, that provides kingdom influence in the areas of job opportunities, job development and mentorship in the underserved population, giving them a hand up not a hand out. We provide mentorship and apprenticeship to future generations by creating a culture of kingdom business opportunities, collaborations, partnerships and inspiration for the kingdom business owner and kingdom youth. We bring the culture of heaven to earth by creating economic, mental, physical and spiritual impact to families of our community. Operation Prosperity is founded on the principal of LVPP. Here we develop LEADERS, help them clarify their VISION, determine their PURPOSE so that they will walk in PROSPERITY. We offer leadership training through hands on experience and partner with local business owners to make an economic impact in the community. Unlike other groups out there we are a faith based ministry. We believe we can see the promises of God now while we are living here on Earth. Operation Prosperity was founded 20+ years ago under the guidance and leadership of United Gospel Fellowship, aiming to give those in the underserved population a hand up not a hand out with jobs and economic structure. It was because of OP that new businesses emerged. Businesses like Supershine Car Detailing and 3G Marketing came about and are still thriving today. It was in 2021 that the new President, Phyllis Hunter, decided to put a fresh new spin on OP as a way to engage the next generation and inspire new entrepreneurs to rise up and take their place. Now Operation Prosperity isn’t just for people looking for jobs, but also for those seeking to become business owners, or a resource for those who are currently business owners. OP also is an outreach ministry. We believe God isn’t confined to the four walls of the church but He is everywhere which is why our outreach ministry hosts many events in the community throughout the year as a way to give back to those in need. We also work closely with the youth to encourage, inspire and equip the future generations to come. MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM 85608 Douglas, Arizona

As we continue to develop and thrive we are looking for the next leaders to take Operation Prosperity into the future. Our Board of Directors are comprised of four distinct individuals. Our President, Phyllis Hunter, was raised in Tucson, AZ and served our country in the United States Army in her early adulthood. She is an Evangelist for the Lord, a mother of two beautiful children, a serial entrepreneur and an International Best Selling Author. She aims to inspire entrepreneurship in others while teaching and growing the masses into their purpose. She is a youth minister in her local church and works closely in the community as a leader. Her mission is to grow Operation Prosperity to not just a local ministry but a nationwide ministry. Our Spiritual Visionary is Tarence Cager who was raised as an inner city kid in Washington DC. He served his country in the United States Air Force in his early adulthood. He is the Senior Pastor of Good 2 Great Christian Ministry, formerly known as United Gospel Fellowship of Tucson. Tarence is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of Supershine Car Detailing as well as an original founder of Operation Prosperity. He is a husband and spiritual father to many. Tarence is passionate about teaching others go from good to great unlocking their true God given talent and assisting them in becoming better than who they believed they can be. Our VP of Sales is Don Zavis of Don Zavis Sales Training. After being raised in Michigan, Don has traveling the world teaching businesses how to utilize sales tactics in order to grow their business. As a follower of Christ Don has made it his life’s mission to grow even the smallest of companies into successful business using his sales techniques. He is a husband, father and grandfather and a community leader both in Tucson and nationwide. Don became a member of OP in 2021 and has steadily challenged OP to level up to the next phase of our ministry. Don also offers many sales trainings to our members and to the community. Our VP of Media is Simona Damon, a minister for the Lord, a mother and founder of 3G Consulting. As a media guru she uses her skills to assist OP in walking into the world of technology. She has inspired many to come to God and continues to lead and teach in her home church Good 2 Great Christian Ministries. As an ambassador for Christ Simona has used her gifts and talents to uplift the kingdom of heaven through videography and photography. Simona also volunteers with many activities and events through her home church assisting the community through outreach programs. She has a heart to serve the youth teaching them to tune in to their gifts and talents and encouraging them to be the best version of themselves. Simona became a member of Operation Prosperity in 2021 to help with the advancement of OP as we continue to talk the path God has set before us.
